This beginner friendly session introduces AI and ChatGPT through practical, everyday examples that feel immediately useful. Rather than focusing on technical details, the session shows how AI can help with common personal tasks such as writing and editing emails or letters, planning trips, summarizing long documents, organizing ideas, learning new topics, and saving time on everyday thinking work. The session will gently explain what AI is (and what it is not), how to ask effective questions, and how to use ChatGPT safely and responsibly. Several live demonstrations will show just how powerful these tools can be when used in simple ways. Time will be built in for questions and discussion throughout.
